Aug 17 - Lemongrass, galangal & Thai basil infused vodka

Turns out I've already posted a cocktail based on this infusion 2 months ago, and conveniently forgotten to share the original chief ingredient, a Vodka infusion of lemongrass, Thai basil and fresh galangal. Again, made the first batch over two years ago around the same time as yesterdays vodka infusion.
