June 12 - Preserved Mayer Lemon Focaccia with Korean Chili threads


I  just did a count of the number of Focaccias posted on this blog, this post will be my 8th (and no , I haven't repeated any!)
Focaccias have to be the most versatile and easiest of breads I've baked. I'm not a trained baker (or more specifically, I'm one of those with ZERO culinary training). this focaccia was baked to make way for a new batch of preserved lemons and use up an older batch).
