Mar 27 - Fingerling potatoes 'Karamudhu'



Karamudhu spiced curries and stews are a specialty of the Iyengar community in South India. The karamudhu spice blend is a combination of nutty toasted dals, fenugreek seeds and coriander. The versatility and flavor profile of this blend literally knows no bounds in my opinion. This was one such example where the blend paired perfectly with marble sized fingerling potatoes.
