Feb 8 - Stir fried sprouted mung with potatoes


Lentils being my primary source of protein, I'm always trying out various cooking techniques to bring out the flavors and textures of the chief ingredient. For this dish, I steamed the sprouts and then stir fried them with boiled and diced potatoes. the spicing was a blend of coriander, cumin, aamchur and a touch of cayenne.
