Day 97 - Amuse Bouche Masala Dosai with ghee


Needless to say, a dosai made with home made melted ghee takes the savoring experience to an new high level. The nutty aroma of the ghee is the high water mark and a well made Dosai commands nothing less than a chilled glass of champagne.
